Terms of Service

Effective Date: May, 12, 2025. Welcome to Heaven Hills Contracting. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, including all construction, renovation, or consulting services ("Services") provided by Heaven Hills Contracting ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").

By requesting or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Canada. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

Heaven Hills Contracting provides residential and commercial construction, renovation, remodeling, and contracting services. The exact scope, pricing, and timeline of your project will be outlined in a separate written agreement or invoice.

All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.A deposit may be required before work begins. The remaining balance is due as outlined in the agreement.Payments are to be made via accepted methods (e.g., e-transfer, cheque, credit card).Late payments may incur interest charges of 2% per month (24% annually).

You agree to:Provide accurate information and timely access to the job site.Communicate any concerns promptly.Not interfere with the worksite or subcontractors unless agreed upon in writing.

All requested changes to the scope of work must be made in writing and may result in additional charges and delays.You may cancel your project with written notice; however, you may be responsible for costs incurred to date, including materials, labor, and cancellation fees.

We offer a limited workmanship warranty of 12 months from the date of project completion unless otherwise stated.Heaven Hills Contracting is not liable for delays caused by weather, material shortages, or third parties.We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the province of Ontario, and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes will be handled in a court located in Toronto, Ontario.
